At Ellaun, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Products must be unused and unopened
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Returns must be requested in advance via email

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

1. Send your request to contact@ellaun.com with your order number
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
3. Ship the product back within 30 days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive a full refund of the product price
• Refunds are issued within 30 days
• The refund will be made via the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos and your order number

We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
